Caring For Yourself !

   😃 When you start caring for yourself then its the best you can do for YOU , also I feel that Self Care is never a selfish moto or a selfish process. Its a scientific research that human brain thinks soo much about other people and what will others think more than ownself 's .
  Caring for yourself is a very delicate way or a very personal thing which changes from people to people , here are the few things which is soo much important for my self care and I have learnt this from my past experiences. 
  • Balancing comfort zones  - Its true that when we are working , studying , writing , reading or whatever we love to do should be in our comfort zones . when the person is not comfortable in the work he or she is doing then of course it will not gonna accomplish in the way it should be . Also sometimes its very crucial for letting ourselves out of our comfort zones for some big achievements . Harr cheez apne comfortness mai nahi hoti aur harr cheezon k liye comfortness se bahar jana bhi important nahi hota. that's why its important to make a balance . Yupp ! 
  • Toxicity -  Alwys make sure that toxic or negative people never harm your intentions , your priority circle , your work . you should know that which things or which persons are at your main priority list. other than this list you should never let anyone to disturb your life. I have a very tight circle and I don't ever try to lose it with my any stupid doing .                                                                                                              
  • Stop Comparing -  Your life is alwys your life , comparing it with other ones is very wrong especially for you . Even sometimes I compare my things, my clothes, my lifestyle etc and it only gave me the disappointment . Then I realize that comparing is same as you are not at all happy with your things and you only want others. comparison leads to jealousy than jealousy drags your full attention towards others. Khudke baare mai tum sochna hi chod doge jabb tum jealous hoge.                                                                                     
  • Never Body Shame Yourself - People blame themselves first before others when they fail to do anything . They start saying I can't do this , I can't fit in this , these types of things are not for me and as such . Never do this wth yourselves ,your complexion , your height your weight , everything of your body is your own . You should love it the way it is . Body shaming yourself is not liking the things you own . Like each and everything you have.                                         
  •  Wanted to do something do it now - When there is a feeling of doing something adventures or to sing a song or write a book or dance a lot or to visit somewhere or to play a game or following a hobby or anything in this world ,then start it the right away there is no better time than now . Don't wait for anything go for it !!😜
